Where Have All the Blog Posts Gone?

So I keep checking some of my favorite blogs over and over again, because I'm bored, and I'm kinda curious as to why it's been so long since many of these blogs had new posts. Come on, people, what am I supposed to read while I'm not getting interview offers from my #1 school??? I need entertainment, dammit! I DESERVE IT!

Come on, just one little post? Just one? I only need a small one, I swear, just an update on your day or a link description, just a little fix to take the edge off and then I'll be fine...

I'm not really complaining, please don't be offended if you write one of my favorite blogs. It's a compliment to you that I'm so addicted! Really!

Edit: If you write a blog, and you update it a lot, this post doesn't mean you aren't one of my favorites. I promise. I just always seem to need a little more!

I doubt you're referring specifically to me, but I've been moving my blog to a new host and it literally makes my brain hurt. Which is far better than studying for pharmacology.

Your wish is my command. I give you, "P = MD".

I'm sure mine isn't one of your top "wish they'd post, dammit!" blogs (but I do thank you for your recent comments), but I think I have the answer. It is a parasite that sucks the life force out of anybody it comes into contact with. There is no latency phase and fulminant time-management collapse is a hallmark of the early phase of its hold on victims:

Facebook.

Yes, this beast has sucked in some of the most prolific and powerful medbloggers over the last week and a half. What little time they may have had, sadly, has been sucked out of them as they ward off opportunistic invasions, such as SuperPoke and BoozeMail.

It may be a lengthy recovery....

;)

I really haven't gotten too sucked into Facebook, for some reason. And I didn't need to ask you to "please freaking post??!!" because you actually DID. So thank you for enabling my addiction.

And to gauderio, muchas gracias.

OMG. Enrico totally just inspired a blog post on Facebook and blogging. So thank you Tiny Shrink and Enrico!

And for the record, yes, I totally agree with you. The blogosphere is lacking right now.
